Day 13 of Sunehra's Christmas Craft Countdown - Ornament Cards

I'm nearing midway of the month and of my Christmas Craft Countdown. I am really having a blast crafting so much. Crafting in the morning, crafting at noon, crafting at night and crafting at dawn of course! Just kidding - with  my kids around, it's pretty much crafting at dawn only! Once again to recap, I've set myself a challenge for Christmas. My Countdown Goal is simple - Every day from November 1st to November 30th, I'm going to make 3 projects. They could be cards, tags, gift boxes, ornaments, whatever I want to complete but I have to complete at least 3 projects every day. Today I have an interesting project to present to you. Last year along with my Christmas cards, I included 3 Christmas Tags to all my recipients. I mentioned that these were included for their Christmas Gifts. Almost everyone told me that they didn't use it for gifts, instead as ornaments on their tree. So this year I thought, why not make the card itself an ornament. This way, the recipient can open it, read it and then hang it on their tree. Here are my Ornament Cards!

Here's how they look when opened. The sentiment reads Seasons' Greetings so that it could serve as a Christmas and New Year Card.  To give you an idea of the size, these measure 6" long by 3" wide so they aren't tiny tag cards. They are fairly comfortably sized, perfect for hanging on the tree. My tree isn't up yet so I've hung it on a vase in my house. Doesn't it look sweet?

Once again, the flap opens to show the sentiment so that anyone passing by can have a quick read.

I'm going to do some more of these, I think they're really convenient and will be well appreciated by whoever receives them. Regarding the countdown - I made 9 of these! How's that for an achievement. I surpassed the goal of 3 projects and by 3 times!!!
