Today is Day 4 of my Christmas Craft Countdown and today I am delighted to present my creations. I had plenty of time to craft and this particular shape card was so much fun I had a blast with it. You can view previous Countdown Posts here. To recap, I've set myself a challenge for Christmas. My Countdown Goal is simple - Every day from November 1st to November 30th, I'm going to make 3 projects. They could be cards, tags, gift boxes, ornaments, whatever I want to complete but I have to complete at least 3 projects every day.
So today I got bitten by the Snow Globe bug. I love love LOVE Snow Globes so making a snow globe shaped card was a particular treat. All three cards are the same theme with a different Christmas setting inside and they are all cut on my cameo.
For my first card, the inside picture is a Gingerbread house. The DCWV Ever Green Stack has a sweet Gingerbread house design on one of the sheets so I just cut a circle around one of them and placed it inside my snow globe card.
For my second snow globe I created a carousel scene. I am a big fan of the carousel design, you can view my previous carousel projects here and here. I think it's really Christmassy and fun, perfect for a snow globe card. Entering this card into Created Love Challenges 65 - Christmas Reds & Greens
For my third snow globe I created a winter scene as the inside feature. I used the same scene on a white on white card a few days ago which you can view here. I just scaled it down to size for this card and cut it so that it would if nicely into my snow globe card.
Hurray - 4 days done and my target is in tact! Things are looking good!!
